In this 4-week Hip Reboot program, you will be rebuilding the rotational capacity of your hips while increasing your control and endurance in varying angles using isometrics, end-range conditioning, and active flexibility.

This is for you if: you lack hip mobility, have previous or recurring injuries with sport / weight lifting or you’re looking for active recovery to supplement your current program.

This is especially for you if you're ready to improve the health and longevity of your joints and movement.

Session length ranging from 10-25 minutes.
